Views Aggregator Plus and Drupal 11
The latest stable release, 2.1.1, declares a core version requirement of ^10.3 || ^11, which covers Drupal 11.
As the Views and Views Calc modules rely on the database to perform aggregation, you only have limited options at your disposal.
