I have spent 12 years on Drupal at enterprise scale: multisite platforms, decoupled Next.js frontends, migrations, and the kind of production incidents that do not have a Stack Overflow answer. I hold the Acquia Drupal 10 certification and contribute modules on drupal.org under talishkhan. I have done this work for a Nasdaq-listed company, a global health organization, and a major pharmaceutical brand. - What if you can't fix it?
- You still get the diagnosis: what is wrong and why. For a Fix, if there is no solution in scope, I refund it. I would rather lose the fee than sell you a fix I cannot deliver.
- How much access do you need?
- For a Fix, a dev or staging environment and the repo. For an Audit, read access to the codebase and site is enough. I do not need production write access to tell you what is wrong.
- Do you sign an NDA?
- Yes. Send yours or I will use a standard mutual one. Enterprise work runs on this and I am used to it.
- What about Drupal 7?
- Drupal 7 reached end of life in January 2025, so a D7 issue is usually a migration question, not a fix. The Upgrade Readiness Audit covers planning that move. If you are not sure which you need, ask.
- Why is this on your personal site and not an agency?
- Because you are hiring me, not a rotating bench of whoever is free. The work comes back to my name, which is the point.
- How do I start?
