Menu Position and Drupal 11
The latest stable release, 8.x-1.9, declares a core version requirement of ^9 || ^10 || ^11, which covers Drupal 11.
Often times site builders want certain types of content to appear in a specific position in the navigational menu. The simplest solution, adding all of that content individually to the menu system, has performance and usability issues.
