This module provides autocomplete functionality for Search API searches. Autocompletion can be activated and configured for each search (all search views and pages) individually, so you have fine-grained control over where autocompletion can be used – and by whom. Autocompletion only works on server backends supporting it. See the list features list for Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 .

Introduction This module is the Drupal 8+ / Search API successor to Apache Solr Node Exclude. It makes it possible to exclude nodes and other entities from being indexed in search indexes configured using Search API framework. Compared to the Drupal 7 / Apache Solr version is the new Drupal 8 version using a custom field type, widget and formatter for controlling the exclude status on entities.

Overview The Facet API module allows site builders to easily create and manage faceted search interfaces. In addition to the UI components that come out of the box, themers and module developers can build their own widgets that can optionally be contributed back to Drupal.org.

This module provides a backend for the Search API that uses a normal database to index data. It is therefore a cheap and simple alternative to backends like Solr, but can also be a great option for larger sites if you know what you're doing.

This module alters the default search box in many ways. If you need to have options available like in advanced search, but directly in the search box, this module is for you. The module adds options to select: which content type(s) to search, which specific module search to use (node, help, user or any module that implements search), which taxonomy term to search in the results (by vocabulary),
